Visitor Researcher reception procedures

(Master's, Doctoral and Post-doc Degree Students) 

  • Intentions to join the IEM, received by its science management team via any member of an RG team member, for a temporary period of research, are to be addressed to the research group coordinator most appropriate to hosting the proposal or project; 
  • The coordinator of each research group should submit these intentions (CV and proposal) to the Board for approval, with a copy delivered to the science management team; 
  • The IEM Board will then issue a positive or negative opinion on the acceptance of the visiting research and hand this down to the respective group coordinator, with a copy delivered to the science management team; 
  • Accepted visiting researchers are to submit/complete the following documents and/or forms: member file; IEM member form; and a researcher file for the IEM website.
