The Institute of Medieval Studies is running a tender for two PhD research grants with applications open between 15 September and 15 October 2021.

These scholarships are intended exclusively for doctoral students enrolled in the Medieval Studies PhD Program taught on an e-learning regime and subsidise, with FCT funding, up to four years of research.

The scholarships are each worth €1,064.00 per month and also cover tuition fees and voluntary social insurance payments.

Candidates need to be registered and accepted for the PhD in Medieval Studies, provide evidence of their previous academic record and degrees obtained (BA and MA), as well as having already submitted a PhD thesis project.
