The exploratory project FALCO – Hypothesising Human-Animal Relations in Medieval Portugal (EXPL/HAR-HIS/1135/2021), which began on 1 January 2022, aims to generate an interdisciplinary reflection on human-animal relations in medieval Portugal through the study of falconry in this period.

Applications are open until 23 February 2022 for a non-renewable one-year research scholarship for a Master’s Degree student enrolled in a social sciences course.
