The Program consists of a first year of taught seminars, in an e-learning format, complemented by an intensive in-person week at the end of the second semester.  After registration of their thesis projects, post graduate students then have three further years to complete their theses. The applicants need to be able to read in Portuguese, Spanish and English, but their essays and work, as well as participation in the forums and debates, may be written in any of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian or English.

Applicants need to have been accepted onto the PhD Program (application fee of €50 – final phase deadline on 6th September) and need to submit proof of their previous academic degrees as well as submitting a draft outline of their thesis project. Candidates need to carefully read the terms and conditions of the scholarships, available here and here and submit their applications by 7pm on 25th September 2020.

The scholarships are for a monthly amount of c. €1,064.00 for four years and also cover PhD fees.
