I obtained my Degree in Archeology (Universidade NOVA-FCSH, 2020), having subsequently advanced to the Master’s in Archeology within the same institution. As a member of IEM, I obtained a research grant focused on the development of my master’s thesis, with the aim of understanding and characterizing the occupation of caves during the High Middle Ages. With a view to moving towards a PhD project in the Netherlands, I will focus on the study of the Roman colonization of the western Iberian Peninsula through the application of methodologies of geo-spatial analysis of the territory.

Throughout my Bachelor’s and Master’s I carried out internships in archaeological excavations on various parts of the country in different chronologies, from Prehistory to the Contemporary Period. I also worked as an archaeologist in Centum Cellas for the company Rococó Lda., as an independent archaeologist in the old prison of Trafaria, within the scope of the construction of a new pole of Universidade NOVA, and in Oliveira de Frades in the mound of Tojeira 1.
