IEM is once again highlighted in the national press, with a collaboration with National Geographic História.
The reconstitution of the daily life of hunters in São Gens (Municipality of Celorico da Beira) – the only town in Portugal where the practice of large-scale deer slaughter has been documented – is one of the main highlights of this edition.
For this article, National Geographic História had the contribution of IEM researcher, Catarina Tente, responsible for the archaeological excavations carried out in Gens, Celorico da Beira.
