The Portal Fernão Lopes database is currently undergoing an update process aimed at improving the user experience and interface usability. The completion of this work is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
At this time, researchers can access freely the following databases:
ERC VINCULUM
The database allows the visualization of a large amount of data in a structured manner and according to archival norms, enabling the analysis of documentary information concerning the context of its production.
Legal Digital Scriptorium – Portugal
Database that aims to make available to researchers the digital copy of collections of legal manuscripts, dating from the Middle Ages and the Humanistic period, kept in Portuguese libraries.
DEGRUPE
The DEGRUPE project, Dimensão Europeia de um Grupo de Poder: o clero na construção política das Monarquias Peninsulares (sécs. XIII-XV) (European Dimension of a Power Group: the clergy in the political construction of the Peninsular Monarchies (13th-15th centuries)), which ran from 2013 to 2016, directed by Hermínia Vilar and based at CIDHEUS, although having IEM as a partner entity with specific funding, was assessed with maximum marks after its completion.
