The meeting of the External Scientific Committee for Monitoring the Institute for Medieval Studies (IEM) will take place on February 21st at the Campus de Campolide, Colégio Almada Negreiros, room A13, floor -1. This is a key meeting in the critical evaluation of the IEM’s activities and progress, as well as of the proposals for the next Strategic Project (2020-2023), for which it has a committee composed of renowned specialists associated with Portuguese and foreign universities, which aims to keep the Institute’s action always subject to impartial and external scientific scrutiny.

This meeting is expected to assess the quality of the intervention of the measures implemented and to provide an invaluable contribution to the adequacy of the actions proposed in the strategic plan to be developed.
