As part of the “Days of the Middle Ages”, in the late afternoon of September 27th, in the Sala Ogival of Castelo de S. Jorge, at 6 pm, will occur the launch of the book “O Foral da Portagem de Lisboa,” with study introduction and transcription written by José Augusto da Cunha Freitas de Oliveira.
This book is a co-edition by IEM – Edições Colibri, finally making available to researchers and the general public the complete transcription of a unique document, not only for the knowledge of medieval Lisbon and its economic life but also for other areas, from the political and social aspects of material culture.
