The Autumn School in Medieval Studies, which takes place between the 3rd and 4th of October in Castelo de Vide, aims to create a space for debate and exchange of experience, aimed at Master’s and PhD students in Medieval Studies, where they can present and discuss their projects.
Organized by the Institute of Medieval Studies (IEM) and Castelo de Vide City Council, the School is structured around theoretical sessions followed by spaces for debate and research workshops with an eminently practical nature. This year’s edition features lessons from Damien Carraz (Université de Toulouse II- Jean Jaurès), Florent Garnier (l’Université Toulouse Capitole), Francisco Garcia Fitz (Universidad de Extremadura), Roser Salicrú Lluch (IMF-CSIC Barcelona) and Mário Barroca (Faculty of Arts, University of Porto).
