The 2nd International Seminar “Architectures of the Soul” aims to promote the scientific study and discussion of architecture associated with spiritual practices centred on the search for the wilderness and the experience of solitude. A multidisciplinary approach will be favoured at the crossroads between different fields of knowledge and perspectives – history, architecture, landscape architecture, cultural heritage, art history, among others – as well as a comparative perspective, based on similar studies conducted in other geographies of the southern Mediterranean. A particular emphasis is placed on digital methods and technologies applied to religious architecture.

Registration is open for listeners. To consult the Program, terms of participation and registration, please go here.
