Como parte da sua oferta formativa, o IEM apresenta a Unidade Curricular (UC) Investigar com o projeto VINCULUM – iniciação à certificação de bases de dados histórico-arquivísticas, disponível para os alunos de todos os cursos do 1º Ciclo (Licenciatura). Esta Unidade Curricular (UC) tem um máximo de 6 vagas e oferece uma creditação de 6 ECTS.
Os principais objectivos desta UC são: a) promover o conhecimento do ambiente e das práticas de investigação em projeto avançado de ciência; b) fornecer conhecimentos sobre bases de dados Arquivística e documentais em open source; c) oferecer formação em certificação e validação de dados de informação histórica; d) promover os conhecimentos sobre o período e o tema de investigação do projeto; e e) a participação dos alunos nas atividades científicas e de comunicação de ciência do projeto.
Os alunos irão trabalhar no âmbito do projeto VINCULUM, financiado pelo European Research Council, a decorrer até final de 2024. A tarefa central será a colaboração na última fase de um dos principais outputs do projeto, a base de dados.

As part of its training offer, IEM presents the Curricular Unit (UC) Investigate with the VINCULUM project - initiation to the certification of historical-archival databases, available to students of all 1st Cycle (Bachelor) courses. This Curricular Unit (UC) has a maximum of 6 vacancies and offers a credit of 6 ECTS.
The main objectives of this UC are: a) promote knowledge of the environment and research practices in advanced science projects; b) provide knowledge about open source archival and documentary databases; c) offer training in certification and validation of historical information data; d) promote knowledge about the project's research period and topic; and e) the participation of students in the project's scientific and science communication activities.
Students will work within the framework of the VINCULUM project, funded by the European Research Council, which will run until the end of 2024. The main task will be the collaboration in the last phase of one of the main outputs of the project, the database.
