Bringing together speakers, audience members, and other participants, the Medieval Hunting Meeting, in its second edition, gathered around 25 participants at the National Palace of Sintra for two days of intense debate on the latest advances in the study of hunting during the medieval period. Organized by the Institute for Medieval Studies (IEM NOVA/FCSH) and the Network for the Environment in Medieval Usages & Societies (NEMUS), the MHM also benefited from the partnership of Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua and Falcões no Oeste, as well as the generous collaboration of the Social and Parish Center of Além da Ribeira (Tomar).
